In Ireland all children are intitled to a free preschool.Under Early childhood care and Education scheme (ECCE). This eligible children for the scheme if they are aged over 3years and 2months or under 4years and 7months on the 1st september of each year.This scheme is a state paid payment.If the child has a disability they may be able to spead their free preschool over two years.
